Boring but required: Competition Terms and Conditions

• Photos must be submitted between June 21st and August 2nd
• Photos must include some aspect (interior or exterior) of the publicly available space of the Bill Memorial Library building and grounds
• Limit one (1) entry – with one photo – per individual
• Photos must be submitted with a completed entry form (see right)
• By submitting your photo, you give permission to the Bill Memorial Library to display, print the photograph in local media, post it publicly on the library website or social media accounts, and/or use it for library promotions.
• While photographers retain complete rights and ownership (copyright) of their entries, the photographer grants the Bill Memorial Library a royalty-free right of use, display, and reproduction of all submitted photos for purposes of publication in all media including but not limited to printed media, website use, social media, exhibitions, slideshows and other items for fund-raising. In such use, every attempt will be made to credit the photographer.
• By submitting a photo, you warrant and represent that the photo is your or the Photographer’s own original work to which you alone or the Photographer own the copyright. It is each entrant’s legal responsibility to ensure that they own the rights to reproduction of the photo without violating the rights of any third party.
