Join us at the Bill Memorial Library, in the City of Groton, on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. for an evening with Santa Claus. Santa and some of his friends will make a stop at the library to visit with all the children before leaving for the North Pole. Enjoy some old-fashioned Christmas caroling with live music and warm up with hot cocoa and cookies. NEW THIS YEAR – families with very young children (under age 5) will be permitted to enter at 5:30 to line up to see Santa before the caroling begins if they wish. Parents, be sure to bring your cameras for a great photo op! Santa will give each child the opportunity to be photographed with him in front of the library’s cozy fireplace. This annual event is a fun time for the whole family. The library will also be collecting non-perishable food items for Groton Social Services, so bring along a canned good or two if you like. This is a free program and no registration is required. Call the library at 860-445-0392 for more in...
