The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton, CT is proud to invite the community to a Website Premiere Party for the BML Chapter of Girls Who Code on Tuesday, June 4 th at 4:00pm. Girls Who Code is a computer programming club for girls in grades 6-12 that empowers girls to pursue skills and careers in the field of computer science and close the gender gap in technology careers. The Bill Memorial Library chapter has designed and coded a website meant to better our community. U.S. Census Bureau Jobs Coming to New London County

High paying part-time and temporary jobs with flexible hours are coming to New London county. Do you want to earn extra income while helping your community? Pizza Mania for Teens!

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton, CT on Tuesday, May 21st at 6:00pm for Pizza Mania! Join us for a celebration of all things Pizza! We will make pizza jewelry, take photos in a pizza photo booth, and make our own dessert pizzas. This program is free and all materials will be supplied. Registration is required. Marigolds for Mom! (or somebody special!)

Stop in the Bill Memorial Library in Groton on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. to decorate a clay pot and fill it with a Marigold for your mom or another special someone. Free Comic Book Day!

The Bill Memorial Library is hosting Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Participants of all ages are invited to stop into the library during those times and select a free comic book (while supplies last). Tabletop gaming fans can also take part in a Dungeons and Dragons session for all levels, hosted by Citadel Game Cellar. There will also be character photo-ops and crafts for all ages, including Star Wars crafts in honor of May The Fourth. Costumes are encouraged. This program is made possible by Sarge's Comics and Games of New London and the Citadel Game Cellar of Groton. This program is free and no registration is required. For more information,
