Reference
We provide answers to reference questions to Groton residents and
non-residents alike, in person or by phone, email, or fax. If we do not possess the
tools to provide a complete answer, we make every effort to locate the information
from another facility as we are a member of our regional library association
reference network.

Patrons may reserve materials in person, by
phone, by emailing us at info(at)billmemorial.org,
